was established in May 2012 and is headquartered in Xiangcheng County Xuchang City Henan Province. As of the

With an annual production capacity of 6100 tons Silane Technology operates three production facilities that can all maintain stable
safe and uninterrupted silane gas production. The Company possesses over 160 torpedo tube trailers for packaging ensuring
sufficient transportation capacity. Third-party testing confirms that the electronic-grade silane gas produced achieves purity levels
of 7N or higher with all product indicators surpassing the national standard !/()*+)>&%<0+'#<)N'$"(03)O)1#&/'%)(GB/T 15909-2017).Industrial Hydrogen
The company possesses an industrial hydrogen production capacity of 376 million cubic meters/year. Utilizing coke oven gas
to produce hydrogen the company enjoys advantages including low cost and large supply volume demonstrating strong
regional resource and customer advantages.Electronic-Grade (Zone-Melting Grade) Polysilicon
The Company has made significant investments in constructing
a 500-ton/year semiconductor silicon materials project.Currently the Phase I project with an annual production capacity
of 250 tons has been completed and put into operation
including 100 tons/year of electronic-grade polysilicon and 150
tons/year of zone-refined grade polysilicon. Electronic-grade
polysilicon serves as a key fundamental material for integrated
circuit manufacturing primarily used in electronic devices and
chips. Zone-refined grade polysilicon represents the high-end
product category of electronic-grade polysilicon and serves as
the core raw material for zone-refined monocrystalline silicon
wafers characterized by low oxygen content high minority
carrier lifetime and high resistivity. It is mainly used in electronic
chips high-power rectifier devices high-power transistors and
other applications.

In December the Company organized a voluntary blood donation activity in front of the office building with more than 70
