overall energy efficiency. Consequently internal carbon pricing has not been incorporated into our short-term management agenda. The
Company plans to continuously monitor industry best practices and evolving regulatory trends to evaluate the applicability and optimal
timing for implementing an internal carbon pricing mechanism. Should our business structure evolve or regulatory requirements tighten in
the future we will initiate the design and pilot testing of an internal carbon pricing mechanism at an appropriate juncture.
