I. Hold the principle to create the trend of two-wheel drive
“Those who do not plan for the overall situation will not be able to plan for the region” so we take “deep cultivation of the real economy” as the
longitude and “capital market brand” as the latitude to build a value symbiotic ecology. After stabilizing the domestic market we improve the
product differentiation advantage to vigorously enhance our share and reputation in overseas markets and we concentrate on the innovation for
green fine chemical industry scientific innovation vitality chemical industry and strategic new quality productive forces . In addition we strengthen
the brand construction and management of the capital market namely we not only serve as a stable ship in the capital market but also become
the industry benchmark beacon so that Juheshun (JHS) brand potential energy and industrial momentum can add radiance and beauty to each
other playing the concerto of industry integration in the new era.II. Study the nature of things to encourage innovative and breaking power
R&D is our sword and innovation is our shield. In terms of product quality we uphold the spirit of craftsmanship to carefully develop high-quality
and differentiated production plans and we are committed to achieving the top quality of polyamide (nylon 6) in the industry with the leading
number of varieties and the best cost-effective. Based on nylon 6 (PA6) key products we actively develop nylon 66 (PA66) high temperature
nylon copolymerized nylon and other products horizontally so we can constantly expand differentiated categories to meet the diversified and
differentiated demands of different customers.III. Plan as a whole to build comprehensively coordinated development
With Hangzhou Zhejiang as the main base Tengzhou Shandong Changde Hunan and Zibo Shandong as the cross-regional bases we give full
play to the advantages of industrial resource allocation and collaborative advantages of each base. In the context constant release of production

According to our ESG practice we consider the demands and expectations of stakeholders in normal communication and we further refer to
applicable domestic and foreign standards macro policies industry trends to identify 31 ESG substantive issues. During the reporting period we
conducted the substantive issues assessment in the sequence of “issue identification—stakeholder survey—generating substantive issues matrix”

Holding the concept of sustainable development Juheshun has established a standardized
and efficient corporate governance system. The Company constantly improves the level
