(hereinafter referred to as Energy Industry with Ronbay Technology stock code: 688005.SH) is a transnational corporation of high-tech new energy material industry co-built by two teams from China and South Korea with successful entrepreneurial

experience of around twenty years in the lithium battery industry which is specialized in the R&D

and continually accelerated the expansion of our production capacity. During the reporting period

we launched the construction of an annual production capacity of 20000 tons of LMFP in Chungju

South Korea.After nearly 10 years of development we have fully advanced our product R&D customer

development and raw material supply in three major materials namely high-nickel ternary material

LMFP material and sodium battery positive electrode material provided supporting ternary positive

electrode materials with stable performance and mature production technology for cutting-edge

products with a high energy density produced by mainstream power battery manufacturers at

home and abroad achieving the fastest large-scale volume production of LMFP and taking the lead

in the industry for sodium battery technology. In 2023 we upgraded from a high-nickel leader to

a comprehensive positive electrode material supplier covering all markets with our market share

rising continuously and took first place worldwide for three consecutive years for our sales volume

of ternary material.
