During the reporting period the Company organized 71 work safety emergency drills. requirements of both sides. Also it conducts HSE education and risk disclosure for contractors in advance to maintain the safety of the

working environment and shore up the safety defense line for the Company's stable operation.Employees' Occupational Health

The Company has established a complete occupational health monitoring mechanism to detect occupational disease hazard factors at

regular intervals. It has established monitoring and evaluation ledgers to detect occupational disease hazard factors in the workplace

and conduct occupational health examinations on a regular basis. In addition the Company has installed occupational disease protection

tools as required renovated facilities for reduction of hazards and informed the employees of occupational disease hazards before they

take up jobs. It has set up occupational disease hazard notification boards and warning signs at eye-catching places of production

workshops and work positions as a way to reduce the health risks of occupational diseases.Emergency Drill for Work and Production Resumption The Company conducts occupational health examinations for employees exposed to occupational disease hazards before taking up

posts during their tenure when leaving their posts and in emergencies. For patients suspected of suffering from occupational disease

it reports to the local health department and arranges employees to undergo occupational disease diagnosis or medical observation.
