Minmetals New Energy specializes in the research production and sales of high-efficiency battery materials. Its main products include multi-ele-

ment precursors multi-element cathode materials lithium iron phosphate lithium cobalt oxide and other lithium battery cathode materials as

well as nickel-metal hydride battery cathode materials. The Company possesses a complete product system for lithium battery multi-element

precursors lithium battery multi-element cathode materials and lithium iron phosphate cathode materials maintaining a leading market share

in the power ternary materials sector. The Company is headquartered in Changsha Hunan Province with three production bases: Gaoxin Lugu

A New Journey Begins Striving to Lead. Minmetals New Energy will adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on

Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its fundamental guide thoroughly study and

implement the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and the second third and fourth plenary

sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee anchor itself to the decisions and deployments of the CPC

Central Committee and the State Council and uphold Minmetals' original mission of "dedicating to the

nation through mining and shouldering the responsibility of building a mining powerhouse". Maintain-

ing the general principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability the Company will fully accurate-

ly and comprehensively implement the new development philosophy rigorously advance the

implementation and effectiveness of rectifications from inspections and economic responsibility audits

conducted by the CPC Central Committee and Minmetals' Party leadership and coordinate efforts to
