注到美国国防部于当地时间2026年6月8日发布“中国军事企业清单”，其中包括京东方。

BOE Technology Group Co. Ltd. (the “Company”) has noted that on

June 8 2026 (ET) the United States Department of Defense published the list

of Chinese Military Companies (the “CMC List”) which includes the

Company.京东方持续致力于产品和技术创新，目前产品和技术广泛应用于手机、平板、笔记本、显示器、电视等消费电子领域。京东方既不是中国军事企业，也不是中国国防工业的军民融合企业，将公司列入该名单并无正当理由。

The Company is consistently committed to product and technological

innovation. The Company’s products and technologies are widely used in

consumer electronics such as mobile phones tablets notebooks monitors and

TVs. The Company is not a Chinese military company or a military-civil

fusion contributor to the Chinese defense industrial base. The Company

believes that there is no justification for the Company’s inclusion on such list.根据美国相关法律规则，“中国军事企业清单”的限制措施与美国国

1防采购事宜相关，并不禁止其他任何人与本公司进行业务往来。目前公司

生产经营情况正常，各项业务稳步推进。

According to relevant U.S. laws and regulations the restrictions imposed

on entities included on the CMC List are connected to U.S. defense

procurement matters and do not prohibit any other parties from conducting

business with the Company. The Company’s production operations and

general business activities remain stable and overall business functions

continue to operate smoothly and steadily.公司将持续跟进上述事项的进展情况，积极与相关方沟通，坚决维护公司、全体股东及所有合作伙伴的合法权益，并根据有关规定及时履行信息披露义务。

The Company will continue to closely monitor developments regarding

this matter actively engage with relevant parties firmly safeguard the

legitimate rights and interests of the Company its shareholders and its partners.Furthermore the Company will fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely
