Against the backdrop of technological innovation driving profound changes in the digital economy Newland has continuously incorporated the management of sustainability-related risks and opportunities into the
core aspects of corporate strategy and operations viewing it as a key enabler for maintaining robust business performance and driving long-term value creation. In response to an increasingly complex macro
environment and industry evolution we have established and continuously improved mechanisms covering risk identification assessment prioritisation and management under the full oversight of the Board of

In 2025 the Company systematically built an innovative talent development system featuring the parallel tracks of "AI empowerment for all employees" and "management pipeline development"
comprehensively strengthening its digital capabilities and leadership foundations. In terms of AI empowerment we followed the "awareness-practice-risk control" pathway and conducted systematic
training programmes throughout the year. Through theoretical seminars such as AI Cognitive Breakthrough and hands-on workshops including AI Reshaping the Workplace the Company promoted the
practical integration of AI technologies into workplace scenarios effectively enhancing overall digital intelligence capabilities and operational efficiency. We also initiated the innovative "Technical
Managers Training Camp" adopting a three-dimensional approach of online offline and workshop formats to cover 202 managers. With high satisfaction scores (both content and organisation exceeding
9.5) and collaborative "knowledge-to-practice" workshops the program effectively translated management methods into actionable outcomes. Through the systematic deployment of the above innovative
initiatives we formed a dual-wheel-driven pattern of technological empowerment and management support injecting strong talent momentum into sustainable development and digital transformation.

Green Production: Building a Low-carbon Manufacturing System across the Entire Value Chain
With green manufacturing as its core the Company has systematically built a resource-efficient environmentally friendly green production system through a comprehensive low-carbon transformation spanning
source procurement production processes and the operations of outsourced factories.Green procurement: Source control and
low-carbon selection
The Company has established a stringent green supply chain management mechanism. In the quality agreements signed with suppliers we
clearly stipulate that all materials must comply with the requirements of the RoHS Directive. For special environmental standards such as
halogen-free requirements suppliers are required to submit third-party testing and compliance reports annually or when the standards are
updated. In terms of material selection the Company prioritises the use of degradable and recyclable environmental materials. For example we have
replaced some blister packs with pulp-based materials to accelerate resource circulation and we have gradually replaced oil-based paint
with water-based paint for products requiring coating to reduce volatile organic compound emissions at the source. In addition the Company
gives priority to suppliers located near assembly plants effectively shortening transport distances and reducing carbon emissions from
logistics.Green processes: Lean design and circular reuse
In our production processes we focus on improving material durability and turnover efficiency. Pallets and turnover boxes are made of
high-strength anti-static ABS material and standardised specifications and dimensions enable universal use across processes. Replaceable
wear-resistant partitions are installed in the lining slots and can be flexibly adjusted according to product size significantly extending service
life and reducing material waste. In terms of packaging materials we fully implement foldable designs to reduce storage occupancy and
empty-return costs. We have established a ledger-based traceability management system for turnover materials supported by designated
collection classified cleaning and circular handover mechanisms to achieve the closed-loop circulation of packaging materials substantially
reducing the use of single-use packaging and the generation of solid waste.
