During Q1 2025 operating revenue rose 457.38% YoY net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders rose 3718.51%
YoY and net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders before exceptional gains and losses rose 1813.18% YoY
primarily driven by the YoY increase in carryforward of real estate sales in the Reporting Period.The net cash generated from operating activities of Q1 2025 rose 79.19% YoY primarily driven by the YoY decrease in payments
