"Abstract of 2022 Annual Report" (Notice No.: 2023-009) on Juchao Website on April

27 2023. After verification it was found that in the Company's "Abstract of 2022

Annual Report" some data in the "(1) Main Accounting Data and Financial Indexes in

Recent Three Years" under the "3. Main Accounting Data and Financial Indexes in

Recent Three Years" in the section of "II. Company Profile" are wrong and are hereby

corrected as follows:
