2021 marks the commencement of China’s “14 Five-Year Plan”. Against that background the Company closely

followed the general principle of seeking progress while keeping performance stable seized market opportunities

and adhered to the right path of innovation. As a result the Company saw sound production and operation

effective anti-pandemic actions and a stabilizing and improving development momentum. For the Reporting

Period the Company recorded operating revenue of RMB5.328 billion up 42.06% year on year; a net profit

attributable to its shareholders of RMB88.3282 million up 19.75% year on year; and earnings per share of

RMB0.12/share up 9.09% year on year.No significant changes occurred to the Company’s operations in the Reporting Period. For further information see
