2. Overview of Key Business or Products During the Reporting Period

The Company is specialized in the R&D production and manufacturing of small household appliances

including culinary equipment household products and tea/coffee appliances. It also designs and manufactures

molds for the above-mentioned products distributes its products both domestically and internationally and

provides after-sales services. During the reporting period there were no material changes in the Company's

business model.
