of the 9th Supervisory Committee

Please be advised that the 12th meeting of the 9th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan

Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co. Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as the Company)

was held at the meeting room on the 3th floor of the Company on December 10 2024. All 3

supervisors attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Hu Xitang the Chairman

of the Supervisory Committee. The following resolution was examined and adopted at the meeting:

Report on the supervisor candidates for the 10th board of shareholders represent supervisors of the

Company.List of the shareholder representative supervisor candidates for the 10th board of shareholders

represent supervisors of the Company: Dai Yuling and Li Sheng .With 3 votes for 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.The above proposal shall be submitted to the 1st Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting of

2024 for review and approval. After the above two shareholder representative supervisors are

approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting they will jointly form the 10th board

of supervisors of the Company together with Mr. Hu Xitang the employee representative supervisor

elected by the group leader meeting of the Company's employee representatives. The term of 10th

board of supervisors of the Company shall be three years counting from the date of approval by the

shareholders' general meeting.The candidate promises: accept this nomination the candidate's information publicly disclosed by

Supervisory Board of the Company

1. Dai Yuling female born in 1978 Senior accountant graduated from Dongbei university of

finance and economics accountant，now acting as the Deputy director of finance of Dalian BingshanGroup Co. LTD. She has served as a supervisor of the Company since January 2019.She does not

hold the shares of the Company and without penalty from CSRC and other relevant department and

punished by Stock Exchange not be the dishonest executor.

2. Li Sheng male born in 1980 graduated from Dalian university of Technology now acting as

Deputy omnibus Minister of Operation and Management of the Company. He has served as a

supervisor of the Company since May 2020.He does not hold the shares of the Company and without

penalty from CSRC and other relevant department and punished by Stock Exchange not be the

dishonest executor.Attachment 2: Resumes of the employee representative’s supervisor

Hu Xitang male born in 1968 graduated from Nanjing university of science and technology seniorengineer now acting as the chairman of the labor union of the Company. He has served as chairman

of the Company's Supervisory Board since January 2019.He does not hold the shares of the

Company and without penalty from CSRC and other relevant department and punished by Stock

Exchange not be the dishonest executor.
