Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd. and its Board members undertake that the

information disclosed herein is truthful accurate and complete and does not contain

any false statement misrepresentation or major omission.For the reason of work rotation the Board of Directors of Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as ‘JMC’ or the ‘Company’) decided that Mr. Joey Zhu would no

longer serve as the Chief Financial Officer a Member of the Executive Committee the

Secretary of the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors of the Company a Director

of Jiangling Ford Automobile Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. and a Director of Hanon

Systems (Nanchang) Co. Ltd. The personnel changes shall become effective from

November 1 2025. Mr. Joey Zhu's original term of office was scheduled to conclude upon

the expiry of the term of the eleventh Board of Directors of the Company i.e. June 15 2026.For the reason of work rotation the Board of Directors of the Company decided that Mr.Anderson Liu would no longer serve as a Vice President of the Company. The personnel

change shall become effective from November 1 2025. Mr. Anderson Liu's original term of

office was scheduled to conclude upon the expiry of the term of the eleventh Board of

Directors of the Company i.e. June 15 2026.Mr. Joey Zhu and Mr. Anderson Liu will not take any post in the Company after the

aforesaid personnel changes. As of the disclosure date of the announcement Mr. Joey Zhu

and Mr. Anderson Liu did not hold any JMC share and there are no outstanding public

commitments. The departure of Mr. Joey Zhu and Mr. Anderson Liu will not affect the

normal operation of the Company's daily production and business activities.The Company and its Board of Directors extend their heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Joey Zhu and

Mr. Anderson Liu for their contributions to the Company's development during their tenure.It is hereby announced.Board of Directors
