Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd. and its Board members undertake that the

information disclosed herein is truthful accurate and complete and does not contain

any false statement misrepresentation or major omission.Due to changes in work assignments the Board of Directors decided that Ms. Xu Lanfeng

no longer serve as a member of the Executive Committee of the Company a Vice President

Board Secretary of the Company nor as the Secretary of Compensation Committee under the

Board. The personnel changes shall become effective from April 1 2026. Ms. Xu Lanfeng’s

original term of office was scheduled to conclude upon the expiry of the term of the eleventh

Board of Directors of the Company.Following the aforesaid personnel changes Ms. Xu Lanfeng will step down from her

executive role at the Company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement Ms. Xu

Lanfeng does not hold any JMC share and there are no outstanding public commitments that

have not been fulfilled. The departure of Ms. Xu Lanfeng will not affect the normal

operation of the Company's daily production and business activities.The Company and its Board of Directors extend their heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Xu Lanfeng

for her contributions to the Company's development during her tenure.It is hereby announced.Board of Directors
