Announcement Regarding the Prohibition of Withdrawing the

acceptance of the tender offer within three trading days prior

to the expiration of the tender offer period

The Company and all members of the BOD guarantee that the information

disclosed is true accurate and completed and that there are no false records

misleading statements or material omissions.On January 19 2026 the company disclosed to the public the "Offer Acquisition Report of

Wafangdian Bearing Co. Ltd." issued by Wafangdian Bearing Group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to

as "Wafangdian Bearing Company"). In the report it has been stated that the total duration of this

offer acquisition is 39 natural days namely from January 20 2026 to February 27 2026 except in

cases where a competing offer is made.To fully protect the interests of investors the following special notices are made:

1. Within the 3 trading days prior to the expiration of the tender offer period (i.e. February 25 2026

February 26 2026 and February 27 2026) the pre-accepting shareholders can withdraw the

pre-acceptance of the tender offer they have submitted on that day but they cannot withdraw the

pre-acceptance that has been temporarily held by the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities

Depository and Clearing Corporation.

2. Three trading days before the expiration of the tender offer period that is before February 24

2026 (including the day itself) the pre-accepting shareholders can withdraw their pre-acceptance of
