general offer acquisition.In order to ensure fair information disclosure safeguard the interests of investors and avoid

as the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules the Company has applied to the Shenzhen Stock

suspended from trading starting from the market opening on Tuesday December 16 2025 with the
