中际旭创列入名单的认定和依据均是不符合客观事实的，中际旭创既非中国军工企业，也不是军民融合企业，我们将以充分的事实进行有效沟通并采取合适的措施以维护公司利益。

Zhongji InnoLight Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) notes that on June 8 2026

(U.S. time) the United States Department of War included the Company on the “Section 1260H List.”

The Company hereby confirms that the decision and grounds for the inclusion are inconsistent with

facts. The Company is neither a Chinese military enterprise nor a military-civil fusion enterprise. We

will actively communicate with relevant parties based on substantial facts and take appropriate

measures to safeguard the legitimate interests of the Company.本次事件未对公司经营产生实质性影响，公司订单获取、生产运营及供应链等情况一切正常。

The incident has not had any material adverse effect on the Company’s operations.Our order intake production and operation supply chain and all other business activities
